Learn to Swim for Adults
Would you like to learn to swim or improve your swimming skills? In this course, you will learn to swim step by step and continue developing your swimming abilities at your own pace.
The focus is on body position in the water, gliding, breathing, diving and the fundamentals of swimming technique. Through targeted exercises, you will improve coordination, endurance and your feel for movement in the water.
With the support of the FlapFin® swim shoe, the movements of breaststroke can be learned more easily.
The course is suitable for adults with little or no swimming experience, as well as for those returning to swimming after a longer break.
Swimming is a skill for life.
Being able to swim opens up many opportunities and is a skill you can benefit from throughout your life – whether for your next holiday, shared experiences with friends, greater enjoyment of movement and wellbeing, or as a form of physical activity well into older age. It is always worth starting.
